How to Buy

Purchasing quiz products from the QuizBureau website couldn’t be easier! Click on the ‘Our Products’ link on the left of the home page and choose either ‘Quiz Packs’ or ‘Quiz Books’. You will then be able to view a summary of the contents of each product and the price will be shown. Just add your purchases to the basket and when ready go to ‘Checkout’.

You will then see a summary and the total cost of your purchases.


Register

When you make your first purchase, we will ask you to register. Why register? This will make your future visits to our website much easier and quicker and will also ensure that we keep you informed of any special offers. On subsequent visits to the website, you simply log-on using the details you supplied when you first registered. All of your order history can be viewed in My Account.


Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card or if you have a PayPal account you can pay using that account. All of our payments are processed securely through PayPal. You will be directed through a link to the PayPal website to make payment and at that point you choose how you wish to pay. When payment has been made, you can then return to the QuizBureau website to download your Quiz Packs or to shop again.


Delivery of Products

You will receive an email confirming your order and acknowledging payment. If you have purchased a quiz pack, you can download the PDF file(s) containing the quiz pack by returning to the QuizBureau website and following the instructions. The purchased quiz packs will be available in ‘My Account’.

If you have ordered a quiz book, you will receive a further email indicating when delivery will be made. This will normally be between 3 and 5 days of the date of purchase.


If you experience any problems

Should you encounter problems downloading your quiz packs, either email us or telephone us and we will arrange to email the quiz pack(s) to you directly.

In the event of a non-receipt of a quiz book, or if the product is received damaged or you decide you do not wish to keep the book, contact us at returns@quizbureau.co.uk or telephone (see Contact Us) for details of how to contact us) to discuss the matter. We will advise what to do and how we will deal with your query. Whatever the problem, our aim is to resolve our customers’ queries as quickly as possible.
