The QuizBureau provides quiz packs for sale subject to the following terms and conditions. Use of this site (www.quizbureau.co.uk) is deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and the terms of our Privacy Policy as laid out elsewhere on this website. The QuizBureau reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time.

Quiz packs are available for download as soon as payment has been received and confirmed. If for any reason you have difficulty in downloading your quiz packs, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your problem.

All orders placed via this website will automatically be subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Quiz packs purchased from the QuizBureau must not be copied, re-sold, distributed or published in whole or in part, without our express written consent.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

All of the questions supplied by The QuizBureau have been obtained from copyright-free sources. Whilst every endeavour has been made to ensure the accuracy of the questions supplied, The QuizBureau cannot be held responsible for any loss suffered as a result of any inaccuracies, errors or omissions which might appear.

Despatch & Returns Policy

All digital products (quiz packs) are available to download from our website immediately after the successful completion of the purchase and verification that payment has been made. A customer may download an individual quiz pack up to three times within the first 30 days of purchasing the quiz pack. In the event of any problems in downloading digital products, customers should contact us at enquiries@quizbureau.co.uk.

When ordering quiz books, we will endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt of the order and payment confirmation. Books are normally despatched by standard Royal Mail parcels service. When making payment for a quiz book, this will include a postage & packing charge. For shipments to non-UK addresses, different postage & packing rates shall apply and delivery times will be advised separately.

In the event of dissatisfaction with a quiz book product for whatever reason, customers should contact returns@quizbureau.co.uk or telephone 01424 205440 and explain the nature of the query or problem. Books must not be returned without first discussing the matter with a member of the QuizBureau team, who will advise if a replacement product or a refund will apply.
